Happy Feet for All (Bridesmaids Keep Out)

I opted to have my bridesmaids each pick out their own pair of shoes to go with their dress.  The only requirement was that they had to be silver.  From what I have seen, most of them aren't opting for flats (which is totally what I would do).  My thoughts:  several inch heels + hours of pictures + hours of dancing = painful and tired feet.

I decided a while ago that I would probably just pick up a pair of plain silver flip-flops for each bridesmaid just in case they wanted something to change into at some point during the night.

Yesterday I read about an awesome deal to get them at Target for FREE - yes FREE!  They were going on sale at Target for $2 a pair and there was a $2 off per pair coupon.

How did I get enough coupons for all 5 bridesmaids?  Helpful hint:  you can generally print out 2 copies of the coupon per computer.  For me that usually means using my laptop, my fiance's laptop and the desktop.

Swagbucks

I recently discovered this awesome site Swagbucks.com.  What makes this site so great?  You can basically earn FREE MONEY! No really, it's true.

I joined the site 4 days ago and have already earned enough Swagbucks to get a $25 Target gift card!!  How awesome is that?!?

All you have to do is join  (that's my link) and then start earning.  You can earn Swagbucks in so many ways - taking surveys, watching videos, playing games, signing up for newsletters, starting free trials.  You can even earn points for posting a link in your blog (like above).  It's SO incredibly easy.  Oh and you can just randomly earn Swagbucks by searching the web.  You just install their toolbar and you can use it to search just like you would use Google.

Does anyone else use any awesome sites like this?  Also, I will be posting very shortly about what I'm using my gift card towards.  ;-)

ETA:  Today they are having a promotion where you request your credit report for $1 and earn 1,000 Swagbucks, which = $10 Target gift card!

MyRegistry.com

I recently told you where my fiance and I decided to register, but I didn't tell you about myregistry.com.  I am slightly obsessed with this site.  It is the Pinterest of wedding registries.

So here's what you need to know about myregistry.com.  First, it's 100% FREE (unless you're trying to do a cash registry - none of those are free).  Second, it's simple and convenient to use.

Here's how it works:
1)  Sign-up for a free registry.  You can make your registry password protect if you like (a.k.a. guests will need a password to view it).
2) Sync any existing registries that you already have (optional of course).  Just click on the Sync button and find the store(s) you're registered out.  Follow the easy directions and you're done.
3) Add other gifts.  You can do this multiple ways, but I'll tell you about the 2 that I prefer:

How to add gifts:
1) Install the Add to MyRegistry button. This works just like the Pin It button for Pinterest.  You can                 go onto any web-site (I frequently use Amazon) and find something you want.  Once you've found it, click the Add to MyRegistry button and you're done.
2) Install the MyRegistry app on your smartphone.  Go to a store, find what you want, scan the bar code and you're done.

Snapfish Deal

I just purchased the LivingSocial Snapfish Deal here.  It is only $10 for a custom photo book (a $25 value).  You can have up to 20 pages in the book with up to 15 pictures per page.  This would make an awesome guest book (that's what I'm thinking about using mine for).  And the best part if after you buy it you can repost your custom link (that's mine above) and if three people buy it from your link, then you get yours for free.  How awesome is that.  So, if you're interested click on the link above and get yours now (and also help me to get mine for free!).

Bonus:  Both EBates and Shopathome offer cashback for livingsocial.com.  Right now Ebates is offering 2% cashback and Shopathome is offering 4% cashback, so I would use shopathome.  Not sure what these sites are, check out my post about EBates here.  Shopathome is just another site like EBates.  I always just use the one with high percent back (which varies).

Wedding Vibe Giveaways

If you haven't heard of weddingvibe.com you should really check it out.  It is free to sign-up and they they offer a large amount of wedding giveaways.  After creating an account, all you have to do is log-in and click the Enter button for any contest that you are interested in (I usually just enter them all).  On the date of the drawing they announce the contest winner on facebook, usually along with a discount code for the people didn't win.

Wedding Binder Links

As promised, here are the links to the print-outs that I used for my wedding binder.  I basically used a mix between the following two sites.  My suggestion is to look through both of them and pick out the worksheets and information sheets that work for you.

The best part about these, they are all FREE!

PASH Wedding Printables

Russell and Hazel Wedding Templates

Printable Calendars

Do you have any other great sites for wedding binders?  Please share!
